    Back pain is the most common musculoskeletal pain affecting all ages and all the population categories. It is the most common cause of work disability in patients less than 45 years. They are frequently recorded in both those who practice a sport, and the sedentary. They can range from mild pain, nagging, to severe, incapacitating. Back pain causes are complex and varied.  
    It was found that 70-75% of back problems occur in those who practice a sport.
